The Seminoles will try to make it eight in a row against Boston College this Friday at 8 p.m. Florida State hasn't lost to the Eagles since 2009, but Boston College has beaten Louisville and Virginia in consecutive weekends and has always played the Seminoles tough. This is the third straight Friday night game between the schools. The Seminoles won 14-0 the last time FSU traveled to Chestnut Hill. If you aren't able to travel for the game, join your fellow Palm Beach County Seminoles at Grease Burger Bar on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach or Mellow Mushroom off Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Grease will offer a 25% percent discount and $1 touchdown shots, while Mellow Mushroom will offer a 15% discount on food and various drink specials to all those FSU fans wearing the required wristbands. There will also be door prizes for the chance to win FSU football tickets.
Saturday's prizes include tickets to the Nov. 4 home game against Syracuse and the Nov. 18 home finale against Delaware State.
Proceeds from your donations benefit the Palm Beach County Seminole Club scholarship fund, which provides two scholarships each year to local students who have chosen to continue their education at FSU.
All fans are encouraged to arrive early as there is no reserved seating.
